If you receive the incorrect goods or on opening you find them to be damaged, please let us know within 48 hours. It is always useful if you can take a photo and send it so we can see what the damage is. We will arrange to collect the package and a new item will be re-sent to you as soon as we receive the damaged goods back. Failure to notify us within 48 hours will invalidate your claim.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
You should only accept goods if they arrive in good condition and undamaged. If your goods arrive in an obviously damaged condition or have been opened, you must not accept them and return them to the courier. If possible mark them as ‘Damaged in transit’.
Substitutions and Non-Delivery
If a shipment is returned to us because of the recipient being un-contactable or not responding to a card left by the carriers, an additional delivery charge will be made before the goods are re-delivered. If your order gets lost because of you entering an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, we will not be held responsible for the loss. Re-delivery will be charged at the normal rate.
Cancellation Prior To Dispatch
To cancel an order that has been paid for you must contact us by telephone or email before the order is dispatched, and we will refund your money.
Cancellation or Return of Unwanted Goods Once Received
This will be made at your expense. We will refund the full cost of the goods, less 5% admin charge, once we receive the unwanted goods back and if they are in good condition. Please make sure that you package the goods as securely as possible to avoid them being damaged in transit.
