Delivery

Delivery is for UK mainland only.

Unfortunately, our delivery company add an addition surcharge for parcels being sent to; Highlands and Islands of Scotland; Northern Ireland; Isle of Man; Isles of Scilly. We add an additional surcharge to these orders to cover some of this extra cost.

However, if you are spending over £75 on any order where this charge would apply,
please use the discount code FREESHIPPING to remove this extra charge.

 

Despatch will normally be within 1-3 working days and delivered via our courier on a 2 working day service so your cider could take up to 5 working days to arrive at UK mainland addresses (excluding Highlands and Islands) on all products that are in stock during normal working hours and weekdays only. All products are subject to availability. If any item is out of stock, the closest alternative will be offered. For other UK addresses please contact us at [email protected] for a quotation. We currently only deliver within the UK.

Parcels must be signed for and proof of your legal age to buy alcohol will be required within the Challenge 25 policy. Acceptable forms of age ID are a photo driving licence, a passport, a proof of age card such as a PASS card from the national Proof of Age Standards Scheme, military ID.

When placing an order please make sure the billing address is the one to which your payment card is registered, you can then choose another address for the “shipping address” if required. Due to their alcoholic nature, our parcels must be signed for, so please take this into consideration when choosing a shipping address.
